The landfill industry will be reviewing these rules in detail and will be commenting within the prescribed 60-day window. Comments will be developed in a collaborative effort of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and the National Waste and Recycling Association (NW&RA) and submitted to EPA.
