Ray Tierney, PG, CEEP, is a Vice President of SCS Engineers. He has 30 years of experience in environmental and sustainability engineering and has helped a wide range of organizations control and reduce their legacy environmental impacts and liabilities, lower their costs, obtain grants and permits to expand, and implement cost-saving practices. He has given talks around the country on sustainability. He holds a Master’s Degree in Water Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology and Geophysics from Boston College. He is a Wisconsin Professional Geologist, a Certified Energy Efficiency Professional, and a Certified Ground Water Professional.
