Dan Cooper is a Vice President with expertise in all aspects of landfill and landfill gas projects including design, permitting, and construction. His experience ranges from annual Landfill gas (LFG) Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) expansions to permitting of new LFG Electrical Generators. Mr. Cooper also provides engineering, project management and client support for stormwater water management, landfill scale house design, transfer station design, pump station design and hurricane debris management projects. He is an LFG practice leader, focusing on GCCS design, permitting, Title V compliance, GCCS and construction CQA, and greenhouse gasses.
