SCS Engineers and Genesis Environmental Solutions, Inc. are pleased to announce that their Mentor/Protégé Agreement to provide comprehensive environmental engineering, consulting, and remediation services to Federal agencies has been approved by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
Genesis Environmental Solutions, Inc. (Genesis) provides a wide variety of environmental remediation and construction services to government agencies and private industries such as the Department of Defense, General Services Administration, Army Corps of Engineers, public utilities, petroleum bulk storage facilities, convenience store operators, and chemical manufacturing, distribution and transport companies. Genesis was incorporated in 2004, is headquartered in the Kansas City area, and currently operates with a staff of 20-plus full-time employees. Genesis is a Native American-Owned Business Enterprise and is MBE/DBE/SBA 8(a) certified. The company received certification from the SBA in the 8(a) Program in 2009. Genesis’s core services include API/STI tank system inspections, high performance coatings and lining systems, petroleum and chemical storage tank removal, installation, repairs, and environmental remediation.
