There is much federal and state legislation between 2020-2024 that is impacting developers, including 189 PFAS.
With proper planning and the support of a qualified environmental consultant or engineer, these impacts can be incorporated into the acquisition and development processes. Ms. Husic makes several recommendations in her article.
