RMC CAD/Panel Designer

SCS Engineers is seeking an RMC CAD/Panel Designer to assist with control panel design and drafting projects. In this role, you will work with Project Managers, Systems Integrators, and Controls Specialists to design control panels using AutoCAD Electrical, including selecting panel equipment as needed. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals and play an integral part in creating precise and efficient designs, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

How you can make an impact

• Design control panels in AutoCAD Electrical, selecting panel equipment as needed to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Systems Integrators, Controls Specialists and other team members to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Assist in panel design with guidance from the lead professional and supervision from RMC Management.
• Prepare layouts, details, and perform calculations to support project deliverables.
• Originate design work and potentially supervise other designers, depending on project requirements.
• May supervise other designers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in control panel design required. Associate degree or vocational school training is desirable.
• Must have a working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, with proven experience being desired.

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 – USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
