Mike Radford is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of experience in various civil/environmental, landfill/solid waste design, stormwater, and field inspection projects. As a Senior Project Professional at SCS, Mr. Radford has managed design and construction on various methane gas management systems, drainage improvements, landfill closures, and financial assurance analyses. He has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Project experience includes storm water management, erosion control, hydrogeologic/hydraulic analysis, landfill and transfer station design, landfill and transfer station permitting, geosynthetic lining and cover systems, landfill leachate control, slope stability analysis, and construction quality assurance (CQA). He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and nine other states.

Dillon Reio is a Senior Project Professional in our Miami office. He is a Geologist in Training with experience in site assessments, field sampling, and remediation of contaminated sites, including Phase I and Phase II ESAs pertaining to petroleum and industrial waste contamination. As a hydrogeologist for DERM, he reviewed technical reports as well as soil and groundwater assessments for proposed developments. He has a Bachelors degree in geoscience, and a Masters in hydrogeology.

Mr. Ritchie has led numerous Brownfields site assessment and redevelopment projects, including Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Grant work, under Voluntary Cleanup Agreements (VCAs) with the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), as well as under California Land Reuse and Revitalization Act (CLRRA). The Brownfields redevelopment projects have resulted successful revitalization of numerous chemically-impaired properties into commercial, mixed-use and residential developments.
His technical experience covers a wide spectrum of environmental programs and projects, including property transaction and development, subsurface investigation, restoration and preservation, mediation and litigation, emergency response management, regulatory agency negotiation, and site closure. He has assisted clients in assessing the reliability and vulnerability (sustainability) of their water supplies and associated watersheds, and in developing recommendations for projects to protect the watershed habitat. He also has extensive experience with fixed price costing, contractual indemnifications, and environmental insurance products resulting in guaranteed price risk transfer solutions for impaired property cleanup and redevelopment.
Mr. Richie leads the SCS Environmental Services Group for Northern California. He has established and grown offices for environmental consulting firms, and has performed business development, project acquisition, project funding, client management, staff hiring and mentoring, and technical, managerial, and profit and loss (P&L) duties in support of clients in the public and private sectors.
Jennifer Robb is a Vice President and Project Director with the Solid Waste Services Division in SCS’s Reston, VA and Taunton, MA, office. She also serves as SCS’s Groundwater Technical Advisor for the Mid-Atlantic region. Since joining SCS in 2001, her work has focused on providing support to over 50 landfills in the area of groundwater permitting, monitoring, and remediation services and other environmental service projects. She has represented clients in front of regulators and has provided litigation support to attorneys on behalf of her clients.
